Subject: [Leica] Re: OT - Sodium Thiosulphate

I looked in my Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, a book I hadn't cracked
since I abandoned physics for computers in 1958. It gives the molecular
weight of anhydrous sodium thiosulphate as 158.11 and that of the
Na2S2O3.5H2O as 284.18. Therefore, the equivalent of 100 gm of "hypo"
would be 63.7 gm of the anhydrous compound.
