It is called "cancer alley" because of all the pollutants released by the petrochemical industry. Highest cancer rate in the U.S., I think. I have been thinking about doing a photographic essay on it, but don't want to get sued. For now, I drink only bottled water. I assume that your image is clouds rather than industrial pollution. It might have been a good shot in color with a gradation filter to color the sky a bit more. Still, I like it.
