Right...These are, in essence, 6' drivers' license photos.

One of the things about shoots like this is,,,,, the big name shooter and
the sponsor who organizes it in the name of whatever it is.

Here we have a situation where the photog has a big name and is talented.
Big name sponsor adds money and works out access to site and arranges
subjects be available. Sure the photog... well his assistants in this case
proably rounded-up the subjects much like a cattle call for movie extras and
their polaroids taken..

The locations are picked, the back ground and lights set up, then it becomes
a simple "happy snap" as it doesn't take too much imagination nor talent to
shoot people standing and looking at the birdie in the camera.

Sorry folks but that's the way it's done. Or some version close to that.

Someone takes meter reading, tells photog or sets it, then tells photog it's
ready to go, photog makes comment to subject.... maybe, then it's click!

The epitomy of KISS!

These pictures could've been done with a Leica of any make accept they don't
use Polaroid film for them. ;-) Nor do they have the clout to make it
happen.

Oh yeah and the 6 foot high? wide? whatever camera size as a gimmick!
