I have to admit that I work this way with my Hasselblad and rarely have exposure problems. Most of the time the light is pretty consistent (maybe one reading for sun, one for shade)...particularly with a SWC where everything from about 2 feet to infinity is already in focus...you just point and shoot. I'm going to try an experiment.
