WHAT AN AMAZING PHOTO! I happen to agree with BD's
view that it is a poorly composed and executed party
snapshot that should have been pitched.  

HOWEVER, if art is about generating reactions and
responses (and to me that is what it is about) then
this photo has succeeded where technically better
shots failed.  It has generated strong opinions by
lots of people that love or hate it....so in the end
it has accomplished something that others haven't ;-)
