Hi Tina,
Well I got fed up having to roll onto all fours to get back up after
shooting at low angles. So part of my personal fitness programme has been
to strengthen the legs and back allowing me to do what was a piece of cake
at a younger age, stand straight up.

So I'm doing squats and stands daily and surprisingly it's working. I can
now squat for ten minutes and shoot, then stand straight up even with full
camera bag. :-) Lots more squats and stands yet but it's coming along
nicely.

However, that doesn't mean Sandy wont still rag me about getting down when I
should've known better and done it. ;-)
