Tom,

You would have to use a 68° (or lower) waterbath to get it to cool down to 
68° from 70°. And it would depend upon the type of tank you are using. 
Plastic or stainless steel. It is customary to keep the same temperature 
from start to finish. That way you are dealing with a constant.
