After following this and another thread, I just have to ask...  `how many 
of the four had received the "Leica smack"?  ;)

Of course, I shouldn't joke...  I'm about *this* close to picking up a used 
75 'lux at a shop in town...  it'd be the first lens I'd own that would 
really put my RF to the test.

Incidentally, can anyone tell me how many versions there are of the 75/1.4? 
This one is ser#325xxxx.  According to the M lens list at Erwin Putts' 
site, that makes it the current design...  at the same time, it's got a 
lens cap marked "Leitz" instead of just "Leica", which makes me think it's 
of older manufacture?  Is that a problem for this lens?
