Graham,
    This does look like the kind of place where Guy Noir could hang out. I like
the central, silhouetted figure and the mysterious atmosphere he creates.  I
think the shot could be improved with a crop off both sides; I find the writing
on the right hand side of the photo distracting, and I think the mysterious
mood would be better served by eliminating the crowd on the left.
    I also just took a look at week 31 and can only offer unmitigated praise
and admiration.  It's a gorgeous shot; an action shot with beautiful
composition and lovely tonalities.
