I stand corrected, at close focus........  Stephen is usually well
researched.  The only part I have trouble with is that the leses of the era
were a certain % error from nominal Fl... just like Leica, which marked the
later lenses with the real FL and adjusted the barrel for that specific
Fl....  So how did Nikon do this ?
