I am not living in Osaka. I go the following information when I visited Osaka last February.

The biggest camera shop in Osaka is Yodobashi-camera.
It's very near from JR Osaka station. The have only new ones, but
inexpensive.

Also, you can find eleven new/used camera shops in the area called
"Minami".
You can take an interesting walk there.
