Chris,

This indicates that Netscape is set to be your default browser, meaning 
that any time you click on a link in an application (whether it is 
Eudora, Word, whatever) then your OS will use Netscape to open the link.

I do not know how to change it in the Mac environment, since I do not 
belong to that religion, but I am pretty sure that it is not something 
you change in Eudora, but rather on the operating system level.
