I have no personal experience but I can quote the test made by 
Réponses Photo. The said that Acros had a very large latitude with 
regard to development time and that a 10% change did not make much 
difference. The time qouted by them from the Fuji table for Xtol 1+1 
at 20°C is indeed 9.5 minutes. No times listed for higher dilutions
