Well, Rafael, it has nothing to do with senses of humor...I don't own a
400, and I haven't owned a 200 for years...although I do have a 180 2.8
that I use a few times a year...By the same token, I don't own a 135 and
only did own one once in my life - I find it to be a weirdly in-between
focal length, a not-quite-useful telephoto that's too long to not be a
telephoto.

My point had nothing to do with long lenses per se. Rather it had to do
with the fact that when I shoot with a lens that's longer than "normal"
I want to see the view through the lens...I want to see precisely how
the subject is being magnified. So I use 21-28-35- and 50 on Ms, and a
60 and 85 on my Nikons...

And, yes, when I am working I carry four or five cameras, but when I am
just walking around, I rarely take a Nikon or the 90 for the M, because
in most cases, if I can't shoot it with the 28 or 35, it's usually not
something I really want to shoot. ;-)

Oh! B.D. ... Not a very good humor sense there.
Ok. I am talking about my preferences. I don´t like pictures from 200 or
400mm lenses for general purpose (not wild, sports or so). They seem to
me flat. Just my preferences. You can do what you want.
