I haven't had problems with the Nokton's bokeh either.  Here's one taken
with the Nokton at f/1.5 that doesn't look half bad to me.

Excelent picture! Bad bokeh!? Is bokeh becoming anything like an obssesion!

PS The main difference between a good picture and a bad picture is never the
