I use Panorama Tools, but it's user interface is worse that PS's. 
Howerver, It does produce better results, as it's interpolator is better.

Andromeda Sofware makes a very nice perspective control plug-in where you
set the parallel points and it does it's magic very quickly.

Hi I find it quite hard to correct perspective in photoshop when there are
two vanishing points like in this picture.
