yes Rob...the altered image now is up...and thanks. The scene is as I saw it... the bear
is large and was below the level of the bed...the child was more than  5 feet off the
floor...child is on   ECMO... the height is needed to help maintain a sufficient
pressure,  for the blood to flow through the heart lung bypass circuit which was below and
to the left... very eerie and I believe that is conveyed by the image....thanks for your
help... Steve
