I'll be sure to let the list know if I was somewhat successful with the 
Epson P2200.  I have always wondered why Epson with its vas 
resources hasn't tackled B&W with the zest and success it has with 
color printing.  I bought a cheap Epson color printer for text 
(C42UX) and it's quite a performer for less than $49 with rebates.
