Maybe the LHSA, being a commemorative, is repair-folk code-word for
"special" Leicas. That'd work.

Well, I thought so too, but then I checked with Leica, and they said the
only M6's that had brass tops were the LHSA's. Now I have started some
twaddle and nonsense! Back to the fact-checker!

I thought it was stated that the very last M6-TTLs had brass tops, zinc
plated though...
