Here's an idea - those that have some affiliation with a camera 
manufacturer should simply put a one line note to that effect as part of

their email signature.  This is what authors of medical literature do.
It 
saves time and would save the list these discussions - not that conflict
of 
interest is not worth discussing it's just that on this issue there is a

recurring dialog crying out for an economy of bandwidth.
