Also you are not supposed to add hardener  to T-Max films as they are
self hardening.
Tri X yes, T-Max 400 no. I leave it out of Tri X as well when i use it
and in camera scratching is not an issue it prevents I don't think. Just
scratching while you wash it and later dry handel it. Those would be
irregular scratches. Not straight ones.
