Just this once I will respond to someone calling me 'Hen'. Purely as 
an exception to prove the rule.

'beach oysters' are our big local oysters that have no pretensions to 
higher status than size. They often get up to 6 ounces shucked. I 
love eating raw oysters, and get quite impatient eating dozens of the 
teeny ones usually served in restaurants.

I think you are referring to the 'dulse' in my note. It's a very 
tasty type of seaweed, und hat nichts mit Hülse zu tun.
