Kind of like Arizona, right? They don't change their clocks when the rest of
us do!

"Time" is so relative anyway. Apprently in the 19th century clocks were
often many minutes, if not hours, off, since there was no standardization of
"time." Only when railroads started to take root did the clock become
important. I wish we had the railroads now!

It may be Kiribati, but there is a group of islands in the Pacific where
teh time is off from the rest of the world by several minutes. It is some
sort of Political thing. This was made known when we had all of the hoopla
over the turn of the century a few years back.

Brian--

How can it be 6:01 anywhere, when it's 10:40 here? I can never figure that
one out.

In the village of Kiritimati, in the Christmas Islands, in
the country of Kiribati, it is just after sunrise (06:01)
on Friday, so the Leica Users Group 'For-sale Friday' is
officially open for business.
