Hello,

This week a pictue of my youngest daughter. It looks a bit grainy
because it is only a smaller part of the total negativ.
She normally is hard to photograph because she is always moving. This is
a short moment were she was thinking and I could catch here typical big
eyes.

The alternate is made at the cheese farm were we buy our traditional
made raw milk cheese. The cheese is stacked up in the cellar were you
can choose and taste.
Cheese made with raw milk has much more flavor than industrial produced
cheese. Also the taste between several cheeses is never the same because
the milk used is exclusive from the cows of that particular farm.
Circumstances as the weather and the type of food the cows eat have
their effect on the taste.
