Hats are supposed to be better than sun glasses.
Better for what i forgot.
Glaucoma prevention perhaps.
I find sun glasses work much better with a hat to sheild the back of the glass.
For me its the brim of the hat which is very usefull keeping the rain
off my glasses. And the sun off my eyes so i can see.

They say half of your body heat goes your your feet so if your bare foot
you are in bad shape.
Or if you dont ware socks or good socks.

The other half of your body heat goes straight out the top of your head.
So if you had a nice hat, I like a Stetson, and nice maybe even wool or
silk socks with your shoes; I wear Dansko Clogs and nothing but for
footwear... you could go naked in between your head and feet on a stroll
through Antarctica. Or Artantica

Lots of guys wear hats because they are going bald and what to hide that
fact. And lots of us are going middle age and would like to play down
that fact.
Certain hats like fishermans hats make you look much older because they
make you look like you are trying to hide the fact that you are going
bald.
So don't wear them. They are like UV filters.

If you are going bald i suggest getting a short crew cut and make your
hair into a non issue.
ONe bottle of shampoo should last a year.
Hats would be good because you don't want skin cancer on top of your
head. A very popular disease as of late.
I know to people who've got it/
