I think you ought to wander into Camera Arts, Doug, and take a look at one. Sure
they aren't based on the same body as the 1Ds  -  but that's a GOOD thing.

These are pro cameras and coupled with good glass they take great photos. Canon
has figured out how to make low-noise sensors - it makes a huge difference.

I'm curious though, what are the missing features that make it prosumer instead
of pro?
