Hi

On my......this digital rebel has the same excellent sensor as the
10D....
I'm stunned....really cheap consumer digital SLRs have arrived sooner
than I imagined...

The original film version of the Rebel is small, light, though
plasticky. Now there is even less reason to buy a consuner digital p&s.
For a little bit more a digital SLR with an excellent proven sensor is
available, never mind the build quality - at least the lens mount is
metal! :D

I think the viewfinder is the same as the 10D. This means those who can
previously manual focus well with R lenses on the 10D should have no
problems with the new body....
