In Photoshop, under Image/Mode either choose Assign Profile
(to sRGB) if your image does not already a color profile
or Convert to Profile if it already does.

Calibration cannot help other people's uncalibrated monitors
that are out of whack. Nothing can really. Having your
monitor and printer match does not mean that they are calibrated.
They may miscalibrated in such a way that they compensate
for each other. This would happen if you start out with
a miscalibrated printer, then manually adjust your monitor
to match your printer.
