Armorall has anointed my Leicas for almost 45 years.
There is now a matte Armorall that is ideal.

Never use any product that contains petroleum products.
It will destroy the Vulcanite (hard rubber) over time.

Human skin oils seem to be OK. Some of us are greasier
than others :-)
