Peter,
Check your negatives.  If there is a density variation on all three rolls at frame #31 and that
variation can be seen extending into the clear parts on the edge of the negative outside of the
image area formed in the camera (the area where the numbers are),  then you are the victim of the
notorious "unusual laboratory experience" that occur from time to time.  Someone may have started to
open a processor cover at the wrong time.  Most labs would not try to hide this and would usually
offer replacement film and processing when they make a mistake.  I can't envision any  camera
related cause  that would account for what you describe.  Post the jpegs and see if anything there
gives an answer.
