The Imacon Ixpress will fit all medium format cameras with an adapter - 
an adapter not to expensive pr camera and you can swithc it freely - 
Michael at Lominous landscape did not like it because of  the harddisk 
being a seperate unit - but a unit tha can contain 1000 shots higg res 
is pretty atractive to me.

The last thing you mention is a problem the other way around to- now it 
is your problem wether the digital image prints correctly - when you 
only supplied slides it was the problem of the printer/repro company.

I have seen terrible things done to digital files by photographers 
wanting to pop up pictures making them imprintable - you take on a large 
responsebillity on you, when you deliver digitale files
