It has to do with the cam. If you mount the 90 on the ring you have to 
turn it 180 degrees. Then it seems that there is another curve. You see 
the same thing on the DR. You don't turn the DR but the cam is clearly 
divided into two sections, one for the normal range and one for the 
close range.
