As far as I know, there are no adapters outside of LTMs that allow focusing. I had a similar adapter for Canon mount to LTM, then I put that on a LTM>M adaptor. I usta use a Vivitar 19mm 3.8 in it, before I got the Voigtländer 15mm. The one Tina owns was designed for Leicina movie camera. Leica made others for this camera.
