Sort of...

Leica has a policy of exchanging finders and usually only provides a 
similar replacement finder. They do not seem to be too fussy about 
older cameras but on newer cameras you can only get what you already 
have. There is a simple way around this by buying another complete 
camera, swapping the finders and then selling the donor camera. Tom A 
did this to get the world's only 0.58x BP Millennium camera.
