Those rocket scientists required all the old dealers to prove themselves financially again even though many of them had accounts with Leica USA from years ago. So we had to wait months before we could get official product again. All the backorders were first said to have been transfered to Leica USA. Months later they admitted to not having done so at all. Finally they did not return ANY emails to Canadian customers on service issues. Yep they took the distribution away from Kindermann to improve things! Jeez!
