Liam,
If you have either a Leica 35 Summicron then you can sell that for
$600-$900 depending on condition and version and acquire the Cosina 35mm
F1.2 for the mid $800.  This is a very well built lens that optically
delivers the goods.

I burned in the distracting character in the white
suit a little bit. I'm on a different computer right
now and the monitor is way off, so I can't really tell
if it makes a difference, but you get the idea.

I find myself wishing more and more that I could
replace my 35/2 with a 35/1.4. I could really exploit
the more shallow DOF, and the extra stop wouldn't hurt
either... I love shooting wide open in available
light. Seems to me that light works its' magic best
when there isn't very much of it around. 

This has been a great virtual workshop for me. Thanks
again. I'm working on a bunch more stories and will
post 'em soon.
