I had one for awhile and was 100% pleased with the price, but only 
about 75 % satisfied with the quality.  That 25% not satisfied was due 
to shadow noise.  It was  acceptable in color prints but when I started 
printing black and white, I realized that the scans from the Minolta 
III weren't  going to cut it.

That said, I think that it's the best value for the money.  Can't beat 
the price.
