Nope - he means the Nikon 85 1.4 AIS lens, which as near as I can tell,
is identical to the current autofocus version. Both are killer lenses,
with a "finger print" indistinguishable from that of the magnificent -
or it would be if it were an 85 ;-) - Leica M 75 1.4.

Oh, I do not have the older Summicron 90f2 in black.  I would love to
trade a nice black Summicron 90f2 with the metal scalloped focusing
ring, for a Nikkor 85mm f2.

I think Lee means the Nikon RF version of the 8.5cm f2.

It is a fine piece of glass, but I cannot say that I have done
comparison tests with it and the older 90f2 Summicron.
