I'll have to add KEH for used stuff. Very conservative in their rating,
so there are no surprises when you get the body or lens.

Also, Photovillage has been good to me.

That's pretty much my list as well, although I'd have to add that 
Tamarkin has been good to me too, if a bit expensive overall.

SMILE is the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever dealt with - tried to 
tell me that OM-3Ti was made in Malaysia if it was under list price, 
and made in Japan if over list price ;-) Yea, Olympus had a 
manufacturing facility in Malaysia for the OM-3, because they sold so 
many they couldn't keep up in their one plant in Japan...
