Well, granted, you have a point and I wasn't really thinking specifics in
this case.

I theory, however, it is potentially interesting to hear someone's
reasoning on why they _didn't_ opt for a certain system.

I don't pay much attention to anyone's reviews one way or another. I have
to feel the stuff in my own hands to know whether or not they fit. The
magazines do not write bad reviews (bad business) and other users have
different needs than I do. So despite all the bad rap about Leica SLR:s
... I could probably still consider one if I needed a (new)  SLR. But so
many other variables have to be counted in. Now if you need a digital SLR
and you (think you) need a film SLR, the choices are not many.

Still, I'm irrational enough that I'd pick up a Leica SLR if I found a
bargain ... particularly as I grow older with weaker eyes.
