Actually the red dot, silver trim and sexier body curves are worth about 
$600 more.  By the Grace of Leica, we are actually saving $300, 
practically a give-a-way.    $1800 is not really enough to spend on a 
camera, not enough to show my lavish taste and dedication to Leica,  so 
I think I will wait for the $7k Hermes edition - . . . . .  :-)
