Subject: [Leica] Nathan's PAW 10: Cemetery

All the pictures for this week were taken last Sunday in Denmark. I had
gone to Copenhagen to be with my father on what would have been my late
mother's 81st birthday. On Sunday morning I went with my father to her
grave at Vestre Kirkegård in Copenhagen:

I also walked around the cemetary a bit, and spotted this somewhat
macabre-looking but also somewhat funny scene:

Denmark is a Lutheran country, and the gravestones are usually quite
austere and simple. Occasionally, one sees something more elaberate:

Immigration is a relatively new phenomenon in Denmark (the past 30
years). But now it is becoming apparent, also among the departed:

Later on Sunday, I drove home to the Netherlands. On the way I stopped
to take some pictures of a bridge about 100 km south of Copenhagen. It
is one of those scenes which continues to frustrate me--I find it
difficult to get a good shot of this landscape. But I keep trying:

I think I like the last one best, despite the veiling flare.

All pictures with the M6, 35mm Summilux, on Fuji Acros. The bridge shots
with a red filter.

The complete PAW index is at:

and comments/critique are always welcome and appreciated.
