Subject: [Leica] Yet another bag question
From: phong at doan-ltd.com (Phong)

I almost always carry a knapsack (also called
daypack I think, i.e. a small backpack not
designed for long hikes with harness and frame).

I buy little padded lens carriers from the likes
of Lowepro and Domke, and put the lenses in there.
Certainly more expensive than loaves of bread, but
last a lot longer, and I don't have to worry about
pigeons. Only downside is that I cannot have
an impromptu snack on the run when I get hungry.
In which case, the pigeons may have to worry about
me.

A knapsack with a T-short or sweater tossed in
does it for me 90% of the time. The other 90%
of the time, I just go bagless.

Cheers,

- Phong
