Subject: [Leica] Mr Collier : was format question
From: DouglasMSharp at netscape.net (Douglas M. Sharp)

Dear Sir,
I feel strongly that , although I have informed Brian personally that
the matter is ended, that I should at least comment on
your mail.
Point1 ) As one of the younger members of this "family" and other lists
I am not necessarily au fait with the terminologies
used.
Point 2) To whom should I turn when Problems arise ? Brian was
recommended to me
Point 3) I am certain that in all my correspondence with Brian and
others concerning this matter that I have remained polite
and have always expressed my thanks for the information received. I'm
sure Brian will be able to confirm this
Point 4) Although this was an expensive action I have contacted both AOL
and Netscape (Germany, represented by EVOLVO)
concerning this matter, as yet without any results.
Point 5) When someone else asked me for my , albeit lmited, help on this
matter I have, out of politeness, tried to pass them on to
whoever has been able to help me.
Point 6) If I have , quote "been pestering" Brian , I'm sure he can
stand up for himself without your help. He has been the epitome
of patience and helpfulness from start to finish, for which I cannot
thank him enough.
Point 7 and last) My desire to remain part of this list and to exchange
ideas and experience with its other members has been
my whole and entire reason for my actions on this count. Is this so
remonstrable ?

Thank you again for your kind words

Douglas M. Sharp
