Here you begin to actually suggest solutions:
	1. Honest, courageous statemen and women who can't point the way.
	2. Honest, courageous leaders who can hear and understand the statesfolks.
	3. United Nations and an International Community which can begin to think and act early and correctly in terms of "Peace Keeping Forces, International Law, Etc."
