Kyle ,For this kinda stuff , I normally nicely send a 
invoice for roughly double the norm for year of web usage
(noting on the invoice reoccurring billings for multi year
usage), If they don't pay in a week 
...then go postal with the lawyers ...  But whatever you do
don't drop this .....

Strangely ended up getting fair number of new clients this
way .
