Subject: [Leica] My Black Paint is Better than Yours

Gene--

We weren't talking about the gender of the camera itself. Someone mentioned
a while back that anyone who uses a light meter isn't "a man." So I offered
at that time that perhaps the M7 was, by definition, a "lady's" or "ladies'"
camera, offering myself as the example of a so-called "lady" who uses one.

As for how you feel when you fondle an inanimate object, that's none of my
business.

Kit

Can a M6TTL be a girl also? At least then when I fondle it , it feels
right... ;-)

No, not an epidemic, just a girl. Remember, because it has a meter, the M7
is a "lady's camera," so I like to keep it nice and clean, just in case it
has to go out somewhere special. We wouldn't want it to look dirty now,
would we?

I still keep all my Matchbox cars in the special collector's case, too.
Keeps 'em from getting all scratched up.

And no, I am not a Virgo.
