Does it matter that I meant Efke 400 is repackaged as Ilford HP5+?  
According to the folks at Dogitaltruth.

Don't think so Chris. There might be something out there that is
repackaged Efke 400 or Efke 400 might be repackaged HP5 but one of
Ilford's flagships is hardly a repackaged film from another company.
