[Leica] declining quality of writing

After thirty years of Strunk & White, I picked up another book while I
was
visiting my family last summer.

William Zinsser, On Writing Well (ISBN 0-06-000664-1). I think Phong
might
find it helpful _after_ the little book.

I remember AP and UPI used to have style guides. They were nice too.
