Richard,
I for one enjoy your window into a different mindset than I ordinarily
get to see. Pictures and words describing the world of costuming,
anime, and SF con's are delightful. Please keep up with posting.

And now for the few of you that tolerate and actually enjoy my
convention
photos, here is the set from the last Anime Con we went to (Anime Expo,
or
AX for short). These are my favorite ones:
http://www.dragonsgate.net/photosite/ , click on the "Anime Expo, 2004"
links. The photos are 100K to 120K, but the thumbnails are small. There
are
16 in this set.

For the full set of ~300 photos, see
http://www.dragonsgate.net/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=560

All taking w/ M7, tri-elmar, 35/1.4ASPH etc. I took 12 rolls and
processed
them all in the same day with my Jobo processor. It took half a day to
scan them in. A record for me.
